Who are we and how long have we been in Business? And where does the Buck Stop?
We was just an I , 16 years ago when I started this Company in my Living Room. Prior to that I was Project Manager for
IMEX Group, managing the Construction Side of Building Small Factory units all over the West Midlands. So the Buck stops with
me: Lawwrence Natanson, owner of the business.
We have been in business for 16 years, and we are Property Managing Agents. We have operated from the same Office Shop
in Birmingham for the last 8 years. Sole Trader for many years, we became a Limited Company just last year.
What does your business Do, and who are your Customers?
Our business is really only about one thing and that is collecting the rent for and on behalf of our customers. All other
aspects of our business go towards supporting this one thing. The Letting, The Vetting and The Managing Process is what we
must do to maintain a steady stream of monthly or Quarterly rents for you, the Customer.
Our Customers are either Private Landlords with maybe only one or two properties. Or they can be the Big London Landlord/Companies
looking for a local agent who can cover all the surrounding counties to the West Midlands
